My Approach

It is important that my clients feel fully supported throughout the process of therapy. Using compassion and empathy I strive to really hear my clients and understand what they are experiencing. It is important that my clients identify their strengths, allowing them to face obstacles with renewed vigor.

Using a cognitive behavioral focus, clients will identify faulty thinking. Identifying these negative thought processes can allow the client to recognize truth, creating a pathway for healing.

Brainspotting is a powerful treatment, developed by Dr. David Grand, where the client and therapist work together to identify, process, and release the client's sources of trauma and pain. For more information on how it works, please refer to the creator of Brainspotting’s website. About Brainspotting
